They may be basing this on the color of the die. The new AYHJA 1.33's are green dies and this description of OEM 1.33MHz's is the same as your OEM 1.4GHz link:

Somewhere a while back it was explained that the blue or green dies were a function of the polishing process and not an indicator of the manufacturing process.

It is strange though. It seems they lifted their whole description from somewhere. But still, I just don't see Aluminum providing these speeds.

Also, following you link back I see they also have Athlon MP Palomino "H" Server 2P Chips 1.0GHz in stock and 1.2GHz ETA 2 days @ $199. and $219.

Looks like we should be getting some first hand overclocking information soon.

It sure is.

It proves that Intel was 100000% correct in asserting that Copper was not needed at the 0.18 micron level for Ghz clock speeds.
