95% believe in God? Doesn't that run completely counter to what Bill told us a few days ago?

Gee, I wonder where he got his figures from?

Neocon, Ask people and they respond that way. make church door counts and remove people lying to suurveys and you get in the 5% area. Doubt me, look it up.
Ask people in a group and they all claim to believe, esp in small towns. In big cities the churches stand empty most of the time, at least in Toronto and London, UK.
In a closely supervised religion, like islam more people go because they are more closely watched and must go or the religious police are on their case with whips(doubt me look it up)

Succh polls as you quite are notoriously biased by social expectations, and thus are no valid.

Even priests fake the church attendances to get more $$ from the central church who doles out the $$ per attendee.

It has gotten so bad here in Canada that the RC church cannot get enough students entering seminaries to replace the priests who retire and so they parachute African priests into the middle of the all white parish.

Both organised reliogions here in Canada have had major buggery scandals involving orphanages and aboriginal peoples(Indians) schools. The perverted priests intentionally sought employment at these schools and this was abetted by the church hierarchy who were also old buggers(not all, but enough in the right places to cause enormous harm)
Recently the number of lawsuits has reached the stage where they will bankrupst the RC and Anglican churches here in Canada to the point where they are forced to sell their empty churches.
A sad tale indeed.
