Do not consider insider selling.
Maybe you know about a statistical report that shows how
insider selling has predicted the market in the past,if so,
please let me know.

I feel every thing is in the market and the market will speak at either 2328 or 2078. And I will listen, will you?

Has anyone found a period in the modern era when insider buying ever came close to matching insider selling? In a world where employees get stock options, the idea that everyone holds them all forever and then ties up more cash buying company shares seems far-fetched....

The whole emphasis on insider selling lately strikes me more as a good headline than a significant statistic. But I haven't crunched any overall numbers with historical patterns.
