Maybe not. I don't know how much bandwidth is wasted by the EV6 protocol, but the FSB bandwidth is likely a limiting factor. Additionally, "dynamic" handling - while it sounds impressive - can often lead to increased latencies (wait states and the like).

The stream results may be explained by the NB prefetcher being able to use either "pipe".
