That's why I said "except the integrated graphics". We do know that the southbridge is exactly the same (including the HT link to the northbridge). The northbridge is probably very similar with its feature but has -- of course -- some "smaller" differences like bus protocol and integrated graphics. Too bad that MS didn't go with AMD, then it would be even easier for Nvidia from a design perspective.
