Hi RTS,

Personally, I would stay away from this company. It has a price versus sales of 0.17. When it gets that low there is usually something fundamentally wrong with the company.

The suggestion that they are not paying suppliers may be the issue:

Even if not true, it will be quite a few Q's before anyone would trust management on this issue.

Technically the price is below the 50, 100 and 200 day EMA's though the averages are essentially flat indicating a base has formed. If it break 13.50 this stock is technical broken.

A better choice might be MWAV. They are trading at 4 times cash, have a P/S 0.43 and a P/E of 15.

Similar technical condition but at least the money flow trend is positive.

mattie seems to very good at pick small cap winners. To be honest, I don't have a lot of luck with low float, low daily volume stocks under 10 dollars. I have been burned a number of times over the years and don't like to trade them because they move too easily on rumor (which you usually don't see coming) and have very low institutional support so no one is watching management to see that they are honest and forth coming on material issues. Without you calling management personally and often, it is difficult to keep track of the issues that are affecting their business.

Comparison with other contract manufacturers:
