Mike, You and so many others seems to cling to the notion of a beginning and a force that acted as a guide. I feel we are in an infinite time scale with no beginning and no end. After all we readily concede time will go on forever, so it may have been going on forever already. The start of time notion is a manmade idea. We do not know if it a cyclical universe. It makes no sens to have aome being cooridinating things. better concept is randon chance. It might be the start of the new universe will be a physics experiment gone too far that makes another promordial granule that start an expansion as we have seen remnants of old granularity among the new expansionary phase 10+ billion years ago. As we find new stuff and conceive new theories, throw out the old one, the god ones with it. They have outlived their time. I am quite thanful that ther are in decline. Bill
