Hi CB, Oops, and all the Mercedes that will not be purchased because the flooding of the second hand market, on top of the hot money. But first, all the Mercedes that will be bought because of the flooding of Houston (second half core inflation rate should continue to be OK, with productivity up).

This disbelief in thrift and absolute worship of consumption is certainly fun.

I am a thrifty person on some things (not watches) and am now eyeballing a BMW 850 w/ 20,000 km and flopup lights for about USD 15k (if new, over USD 120k in Hong Kong) - folks in HK do not care for used cars, only used watches. I, on the other hand, only buy new watches.

We got plenty of not smart folks here (too) and this contrarian knows how to live cheaply :0)

Chugs, Jay
