Sure... but then my lawn mower would get lonely... <gggggg> BTW, I tried using bulk sausage - a pound of Gwaltney - and added a tablespoon of paprika, 1/2 tsp of garlic, a teaspon of oregano, a pinch of coriander and 2 tablespoons of red wine. I mixed it in the food processor by pulsing in about 15 times. Then my wife and I stuffed the sausage mix in a casing and YUM it smells good... it is a version of the Linguica posted previously in the spreadsheet. We will try it with sauerkraut!
