Hi Peter,

Your in with FCT-v @$1.64 for 6,097 shares.

Chart for Fuel Cell Technologies Corp.(FCT-v):

stockcharts.com[l,a]djclnimy[dc][pc20!b50!b100!b200][vc60][iLl14!Lh14,3!La12,26,9]

Looking at the chart for FCT we can see the retrace the last couple of weeks after the big share price run-up in mid May. The stock bounced off of major support @$1.52 on Friday and needs to hold this support or a quick fall to $1.33 it's 50MA may occur. If the volume picks up and we get an upward bounce a retest of $2.38 the 200MA may occur. The ADX and the MACD are pointing down but now that the stock is at support and the Stochastics is near oversold territory we may get a strong bounce from here.

Fuel Cell files prospectus

Tue 12 Jun 2001

News Release

Dr. John Stannard reports

Fuel Cell Technologies has completed the filing of a preliminary prospectus
for a proposed offering of common shares in all of the provinces and
territories in Canada. The offering is expected to close in early July,
2001.
This offering is part of the evolution and growth of FCT. Concurrent with
continued work on the development of its solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC)
products, FCT is commencing the commercialization of its initial SOFC
product, a five-kilowatt power system. In particular, FCT will use the
proceeds of this offering for expansion of marketing and sales initiatives,
continuation of research and development, and general corporate purposes.
The lead agent for this fully marketed offering, anticipated to be in the
range of $7-million to $11-million, is Acumen Capital Partners Limited,
which will act on a best efforts basis. Other members of the syndicate are
National Bank Financial Inc. and Raymond James Ltd.
