LOL!! Actually, until tonight, I had never heard of Darvons. I broke my knee back in '86 and the doc had me in a ankle to thigh cast, an electronic TENS device for the pain (which would set my leg into quite a spasm when the shower water leaked under the plastic cover.. ;0), and a bottle of Tylenol-3s.. I found I was becoming overly acclimated to their effect and would have to give them a little "boost" to obtain the desired relief... That's where the 6-pack came in. Especially for those times when the pins I had in the ball of my knee tried to penetrate my skin and lodge in the cast itself because of some stupid maneuver on my part... LOL!!
