>> How do you compensate for writing the next month if your vehicle is below where you purchased it?

I'm into sebl and my other holdings for the long term. On a month to month or quarter to quarter basis, all I'm concerned with is generating revenue. It's like buying a piece of rental property that you figure will appreciate over a 5 year period. All you'd be concerned with is a positive cash flow during the five years, and that it is higher when you finally sell than when you bought. Short term fluctuations in the real estate market would be of little concern.

For those practicing buy-write, dips in the price of the underlying are more important.
