Richard-With the recent REIT run up I've sold most of mine except for HRP and FR. If I was to lighten up which would be the best candidate or might you suggest simply selling 1/2 of each??? I realize I have probably sold too early but still feel better locking in the gains vs hoping for more. None of the REITs could be called cheap anymore I don't think. TIA Bob
