No sir, our rights do not come from the Constitution. The Constitution was an ingenious construct to PRESERVE our pre-existing (as the Founders put it) God given rights. You, and most Americans, have turned the vision of the Founders on it's head. It is an inversion that leaves us wide open to the Next Big (horrible) Idea.

The rights are an agreement called the constitution that states what is allowed people as their right.
