Valuations and the level of public participation do not bother you? At all other significant market bottoms valuations were much lower than they are now, and public participation also much lower.

During the first three months of this year a record $155 billion flowed into US portfolio investments from abroad, most of it from Europe (IMO, this is the main reason of the continuing strength of the dollar.) They are "buying the dip" on a grand scale. In my experience foreigners are invariably wrong when buying US "bargains." I wonder what happens to the market (and the dollar) if these flows stop, or, heaven forbid, reverse.

LOL Sounds like a recipe for a bounce but hardly an excuse for a new bull market.
