I agree--also for the simple reason that prospective clients
would be able to look at the Balance Sheet and see
how much cash was there, and judge whether the company had the staying power necessary to risk buying their "solution"

If you were a potential customer of OPXS as a sub of MRVC
(with its many siblings), would there be anything about that that would give you a warm and fuzzy feeling?

Don't think so.

from VC magazine... this is what i'm talking about with OPXS.... i think those relationships are extremely important.
