--the Merkava MBT, --

features an engine in the front and can transport infantry (7 men?).

with the front engine, if the tank is destroyed frontally, crew and passengers have better chance of survival.

could - at this point in time - very well be the best mbt design of all time.

Not as much chest pounding as you, a supply clerk who got chaptered 6 years shy of his retirement, is doing...

I guess you figured out finally how to read that officer's guide after all? Either that, or did you have to ask your CO at the local Guard unit?

And now that you have basically admitted to talking out of your ass and making up your last comments about the MSO and re-enlistment terms, I doubt if you really know that defense attache. The last I checked, enlisted supply clerks like you don't work hand-in-hand with defense attaches from another branch, i.e. a joint assignment in your National Guard unit? Please. Stop making up the stories already...are you sure that you are not pulling this from the Clancy novels and/or guidebooks?

And personally, I even believe some of their equipment, like the Merkava MBT, is better than their US equivalent.

I just heard that Israel has lost billion dollar orders from Turkey and India after the Palestinians blew up three of those Merkava tanks. Heh-heh.
