The bas#@rds finally got something right! And Scalia wrote for the majority! Remember...the moderate right and the moderate left often meet in the center, but the very liberal left and the very conservative right sometimes meet at the far edges, where respect for individual rights reigns supreme. This is a decision that could very well have been made back in the most liberal era of the Court in the early to mid sixties. But to have come from this Court, it really is a surprise.
