good commentary....USD strength helping the US bond market today.

The dollar is on absolute tear right now. The spot index is up almost a full point on the day. Euro/dollar hit new lows for the year at $0.8411. More talk about downward revisions to European growth. Selling reportedly broad-based. Dollar strength fits nicely with the jump in oil. Strong dollar also providing support for Treasuries today. Sterling finding some euro-entry reprieve today. Euro weakness and gold sell-off weighing on the recently buoyant Aussie.
