You said that they forced people to pray, and that was the context in which I responded. Accommodating religious customs is reasonable for an employer to do, as long as they are not too disruptive, and therefore I do not see that as coercive either. In fact, you said that one agreed and the other didn't, in the examples given. In the other company, even assuming you knew enough to state categorically that workers hate it, it is likely not to persist, as you yourself said, when there is lack of enthusiasm.......
