Pensioner says a cup of urine a day keeps him young.... Nit-Wit, a Bostonian pensioner says drinking and bathing in his own urine fights the ageing process. Nit-Wit claims urine therapy can cure a variety of illnesses, including cancer, as well as restore hair and reduce wrinkles. The 68-year-old started drinking his urine in 1997 after surviving four heart attacks because he couldn't afford any more surgery. His catchphrase is: "One cup a day keeps you healthy and gay, three cups a day keeps diseases away, five cups a day keeps your cancer away." Nit-Wit, of Boston, said: "I've found that drinking one litre a day is enough. The rest I use for massage." He added heated urine 'bath water' is just like having a sauna. The pensioner claims to have used the therapy to help three previously infertile couples to conceive. He says novices should mix their first few drinks with equal amounts of water. Nit-Wit told the Boston Post he has also convinced his wife to drink her own urine and says her eyesight has improved so much she can now drive at night.
