you can be giddy at the cheap prices you can scoop silver up at! heh. seriously, if you are confident in your outlook for silver going forward, then don't sweat it. precious metals are one of those things you have to have patience with. they will do nothing for years and years but when they finally do move it will be worth all the waiting. in fact, you should be hoping for panic selling to take it to the low 3.50's. often times bear markets end with panic dumping, and that just might be what gold and silver need, a good old fashioned shakeout.
