One of the rights corporations have is the right to pay taxes.

Corporations don't pay taxes...taxes are passed along to individuals in the cost of the products they buy from corporations.

For what it's worth, I don't think corporations should pay taxes. As I said before, they are not people and should not be treated as such. Eventually the money a corporation makes will end up in someone's pocket. That person should then be taxed. I see no justification for the double taxation that exists today. Besides, preventing corporations from "contributing" to the government (election contributions, political lobbies, taxes, etc) can only result in increasing the influence of the people in government and decreasing that of the corporations.
