FuelCell Energy (FCEL) 80.58 +2.41: Sources telling Briefing.com that a brokerage firm is pricing a spot
secondary of 3 mln FCEL shares at $72.50, but we have been unable to confirm. Fuel cell stocks that had
rallied late on news of a General Motors (GM) fuel cell announcement tomorrow are now giving back gains
(changes vs close): FCEL -6.2, BLDP -2, PLUG -0.6.

Good morning Bruce, I hope FC stocks run today to give us some trading opportunities. News about FCEL's secondary was confirmed.

06:52 ET FuelCell Energy (FCEL) 80.58: Company formally announces public offering of 3 mln
common shares, pursuant to an earlier shelf registration statement. While company does not disclose
the pricing level of the offering in its press release, Briefing.com is hearing from sources that the deal is
going out at $72.50 a share, a 10% discount to yesterday's closing price.
