sector, fwiw, i talked with a JNPR employee who agrees with your assesment of AVCI. took my medicine and bot MRVC Jan $5 calls with the proceeds. I guess i should say like "coach" "buying in size" today <VBG>.

Regarding the LMNE presentation, interestingly, after the audience sat through the entire 26 slide presentation, the very first question asked was about the spinoff. <g> Dr. Spivey mentioned two conditions, 1) the IRS letter (he said already received) and 2) the Bonds issue, which MRVC was "working on".

The questioner didn't seem too happy with the answer.

I guess we just have to get above $13.52 and stay there. <g>

yep... did you catch where OCPI's guidance was? again, this is an example of info put out there by one of MRV's developed subs.... i'd say it's on par with about anyone in their group--probably with the exception of JDSU, who does a really good job with their pr. LMNE's management is doing a good job in what has become a really ugly market perception of their group. someone will eventually listen when there's enough float for institutions to buy. inclusion in the russell should also help their case, as well.
