I guess you don't have to but I would want someone to give feedback on me so others would see what a great Ebayer I was!! LOL! Could bring in more business! I ALWAYS look at someone's feedback BEFORE I buy from them. If they have a lot of negative feedback, I pass them on no matter if I wanted the item or not. Some don't ship for months, some will actually ship something that is already broken (I think that is what happened to me!), some do not give good customer service, etc.
