what surprised
me was Shaq being fouled out of the game. I haven't seen superstars fouled out in a long time.

I was surprised too, since he fouled out of Friday's game, but the officials refused to call that sixth foul (even Mutombo on the floor with Shaq's footprint on his chest wasn't enough). I guess on Sunday, after Shaq's tenth foul, they figured the last one was so obvious that they would have looked pretty bad had they not called it.

It's also interesting that as a superstar, Iverson gets few foul calls when he's so often slammed to the ground. If Magic had taken the abuse that Iverson does, he'd have been on the line 30 times per game.

Good series, though. Looks like the Lakers have it pretty much sewn up unless Shaq gets injured or something. If Philly doesn't win the next two, the series is over.

<< Shaq being fouled out of the game >>

Shaq cried all day again.

Not befitting him. As Larry Brown said ... he is a great all around man.

<< AI needs to get a grip and stop attempting jump shots that dont work for him. >>

Bad night. Releasing too fast. Awful at the foul line. Shaq was GREAT there.

Fine night for Kobe.

Weird game. Not as close as the score.
