>> Lets face it all stocks have there days in the dog house, Oil and energy stocks are no differnet than tech! << yeah but many energy stocks are still in uptrends while many techs are still in downtrends. mark you have to look at commodities they way you would view stocks in 1982. commodities aren't going to really fly in a big way until the tail end of their bull market, just like stocks did. commodities will have their ups and downs just like stocks did in the 80's. the point is, if you buy a basket of commodities related stocks now, you will end up much further ahead 5 years down the road than if you had bought a bunch of tech stocks (and most other nyse stocks too). like i said, i will match up zinc & lead, silver, gold, coal, oil stocks against your techs for the next 5 years.
