In all likelihood, the markets, when trading resumes, will decline sharply. This, of course, is of little consequence compared to the losses that so many have suffered in the last day...and the days to come. Having been in the streets as these disasters unfolded, I'd like to pass along my best wishes, and condolences, to all those who have suffered a loss of family, friend or neighbor. No act of cowardice, however horrific, should force us into submission or hiding. I am sure that as a country, we will emerge from this stronger and wiser. God Bless all of us! God Bless America and its allies! God have mercy on those who supported this act of terrorism.
