It scares all of us, especially since managers are playing sectors and lumping companies together. Today for example Openwave is down 13% so far based on Nokia's warning, but everything I hear is that their quarter is in very good shape.

Usually at this point in the cycle liquidity starts allowing the stronger players' stocks to start differenciating themselves. I think Brocade and eBay are two examples. Ciena, Sonus and ONI, too, in that they are basically flat for the year in spite of the last six months of the carrier capex drum beat.
