No I am not suggesting a "free education". One that pays.

However, I'm not sure of the solution. Like you I have noticed those same differences.

Maybe it's the food? -g-

I am sure it's worth some close study by the government... maybe (perhaps ... just trying to illustrate a point) even as much as star wars.

Maybe mother nature will provide all the meltdown we need? i.e the collapse of the stock market bubble isn't even necessary?

Those living on continental masses will feel the effect first. I'm sure I could sell the air (where I am now) for 10 cents a lung full during the summer in most parts of the USA. It's odd that weather coming over from continental land masses is hot and humid, while from oceans cool and dry by comparison. The hot air can absorb more moisture of course.
