looserloser, If you mean that someone who has a website bearing his name automatically loading another one with his nickname, I think you are not seeing how the unix culture evolved over time. If you had been around enough, you should agree that the use of handles is a time honored way of interacting with other people in the electronic community. It has existed for decades since usenet. Using handles may not have anything to do with dark sinister ulterior motives, the electronic chat lines and boards exist for entertainment value, and if someone who is a public figure in the local community may not wish to let her neighbours know that she goes on stock chat lines to talk about stocks, then it's her right. In this board for example, any rmbs detractors would be foolish to post his/her home address or email address, as some of the more extreme elements of the bullish side do sound very dangerous. Look at the setting up of list of names,talk of stomping out insects --- typically rhetoric of bullies who's only answer to dissenting views is physical threats of harm. But the real problem is that some actually believe that someone(s) can actually talk a stock up and down and blame there for what is clearly a bad investing decision on their own part. SbH
