You called it. The residential service models (< $40/month) do not match LOS costs.

You cannot look at aerial photos and see where to put the hubs, unless you provision with four overlapping hubs to overcome trees. When you overprovision this much, the business case evaporates.

The wireline voice business must be captured to get the cashflow up, so only the rich can play this game.
