A higher low would be nice.....But I could see the numbers they mentioned. I'm not so sure about the fed here. I have felt for a while that if they were going to surprise with a deeper cut it would happen in June. Last year they were more aggressive and raised by 50 bp's in June. If larger than 50 bp's is even a remote possibility then they could strike with a pre - meeting cut and then the 50 bp's at the meeting. Now I don't think that means we have some huge rally but it would potentially give us another rally to sell into. My hunch is we see more than 50 bp's this month whether combined or in a single shot.
