Consumer sentiment and CPI, PPI numbers should be somewhat tame from what I'm hearing.

As far as further rate cuts go...how does the FED react to a deflationary scenario?

Blue light specials everywhere while the consumer is holding garage sales...

I think that we are at a point that further interest rate cuts will have minimal impact. Right now, I think energy cost need to stabilize but I don't see that happening for a while as more states move toward deregulation of electric utilities and refineries continue to be a bottleneck.
