1:47pm 06/12/01 Prudential: buy AHAA, ANAD on weakness (ANAD, AHAA) By Michael Baron Prudential Securities is out with a midday call on Alpha Industries (AHAA) and Anadigics (ANAD) , advising investors to purchase shares of the communications semicondcutor firms on weakness from Nokia's (NOK) warning this morning. The firm said neither Alpha or Anadigics have any handset exposure to Nokia. Shares of Anadigics are up $1.01, or 5.1 percent, to $20.99, bouncing off a low of $18.77 earlier in the session, while Alpha shares are down 58 cents, or 2.5 percent, to $23.08, an improvement over a session low of $21.31.
