What do I propose instead? I propose that Bush show some leadership by setting some goals for the US to unilaterally reduce its emissions to set an example for the rest of the world. This is what leadership is all about - leading by example.

I see Kenny totally ignored your good post. And I noticed that he did not mention even one of the many Demolibs who also voted againt the "treaty" and I also noticed he overlooked the fact that his savior clinto, did nothing for eight years until the last few weeks when he was signing anything he could get his hands on just to make the incoming administration look bad.
