Of the two, EMLX is definitely stronger looking than QLGC today as QLGC and most techs are below their 20, 40, and 200 period ema where EMLX is still holding at/above the 20 and 40. It will be interesting to see where the relatively stronger tech stocks finish today relative to where they are right now.
