I was under the same impression though the Tom's Hardware article said they weren't sure whether it was .13 or .18.

"Does its heart beat according to a 0.13 or 0.18 micron process?"

So I was just leaving the possibility open that it could be .18, though I don't find it to be a likely possibility.
