that sounds a bit familiar to me, in that i still have win95 on my other computer. i think you need the winsock2 upgrade.

here is a snip from a quick google search that kind of points to your prob...

"When launching the Multiuser Server on Windows machines, the following error occurs: "A required DLL file, WS2_32.DLL was not found".
Some early builds of Windows 95 did not include Winsock 2, which is where the "WS2_32.DLL" file comes from. The Multiuser Server requires this file, as well as others included with Winsock 2, in order to run correctly."

i advise you to read the ms release notes and pay particular attention to what they have to say about the dial-up networking (dun) upgrades.
