I follow the ARMS Index on Don Hays web site - which is subscription based. You can get a real-time TRIN on Astrikos.com. TRIN represents the daily number, whereas the ARMS Index is a 10-day moving average of TRIN. I do not know if there are free places that track ARMS. If you can find a site that provides 10 days worth of NYSE market summary data, you can calculate the ARMS Index yourself without too much effort.

Warp
