You have a high level of tolerance before things become terrorism for you.

From the Oxford Companion to American History:

"Sons of Liberty were members of secret organizations formed in the American colonies during the summer of 1765 to oppose the Stamp Act. . . . these groups on occasion resorted to intimidation and violence to prevent collection of the tax. In Boston the Sons of Liberty burned the records of the vice-admiralty couret, ransacked the home of the comptroller of the currency, and burned and looted the mansion of Governor Thomas Hutchinson. these ough tactics secured the "voluntary" resignation of all stamp agents in the colonies . . . they continued to harry the crown officials until the outbreak of the Revolution."

The "voluntary" resignations were based on intimidation and threats.

If this isn't terrorism, the term has changed its meaning.
