Dale I am all for the idea that IT spending and the economy in general pretty much suck. I also agree that 90% of all tech stocks are overvalued. On the other hand there are a few select companies that through the fire and smoke have shown us something. Tech companies such as CIEN and SEBL have gained market share and strengthened their positions in their respective sectors. Profits will not come back until the economy does, but this downturn has allowed us to see which companies will come out as the leaders. I see this econo crash as a sort of awakening. Kind of like melting gold to burn out all of the impurities. After the fire, the true value is always left. Anyone who has been paying attention over the last several months should know where the value is in the tech sector. The rest is all noise...
