Just noticed that Texas Instruments confirmed earlier guidance.
That is why it appears that the market behavior is changing thanks to reg FD.
We no longer have the "preannouncement" or "warnings" season.

There are a lot of confirming guidance going on.

The announcements now seem to be taking the mystery out of earnings season (next month).

The market behavior..stock movements through these periods may be going through a transformation. We could start seeing the emergence of new patterns.

The old patterns were simple; sell ahead of warning season; and buy just as we were about to hit earnings season.

That is why we could have possible implications near term and traders may get caught off guard during this period of chancing patterns.

That is my observation.

FDRY and EXTR both sells into the enterprise sector too. Companies can't turn their back on technology for too long, they have to compete. The companies that continue to upgrade and deploy technology during the downturn will have an upper hand when the economy recovers, those that are cutting back will eventually cry uncle for fear of being left behind.

What's you take on the market if this bounce fails to have legs?

Thats really nice, but why didn't they scream BUY BUY BUY when it was in the area of 6 Bucks? They are starting a sell program from their buys at the $6 level?

PS: Are you a tout for them? FDRY that is...sheez, expansion is not.
