regarding the 'pre' tag.... here is a portion of a pm from ray to me in which he explains how the tag is used ******************************* "I started with my text in a Word window, or in the case of the tracert, an MS-DOS window. I copied it and used <.pre> prior to the text and a <./pre> after the text and the computer knows that I mean to preformat, and that it should left justify and scrunch the text and columnar data.
