I'd hardly call one quarter a trend. I'd love to see it happen, and we'll see in another month if this 'trend' will hold. What share do you expect AMD to have at the end of Q2? I'd be happy with a slight gain/break even, then by the end of Q3 hopefully the laptop/servers will have had time to infiltrate a bit and boost up the share a little.

I think AMD's success really hinges on one thing. Will the general public accept the p4 with sdram or not? If people are intelligent and realize the thing is a POS then I think AMD will do very well, if they get away with it because of the MHZ then AMD is in trouble. Market share can move quickly away from us too.
