Even hear that semiconductors were cyclical? When do you buy stocks in a cyclical industry? Is it when most folks are saying that everything is going through the roof, like July, 2000? Or is it when the "stacs" of the world are saying the industry will never come back, it's all over?

And what was the "subzero" topic?
