"I like music that can become a sort of "sound track" to what I'm doing. I think the days of the concept Album are history though."

I like music that can take you to another level, make you think as well as feel, or remind you of other places & times...............

Some of the best concept albums I've ever enjoyed were from one of the first Progressive Rock bands......... Jethro Tull. I realize that folks either hate Tull or love them. Jethro Tull is by far my favorite rock group.......... Aqualung, Thick as a Brick, A Passion Play, Warchild, ET AL, are classic concept albums IMVHO. Great musically with heady, yet timeless lyrics that make you think.......... and feel.

And it seems you are right. Concept albums seem to have passed into history...... sadly.
