jl, Yes, excerpts. Self serving waffle gab. As we speak the trends are quite clear, the jitte is up and down but the trend is strongly up. Every year or so we make new highs in many parameters and when the jitter drops it down iot does not go down as far. people who make decision based on politicsl, like you, are no scientists. Right now we have people with agendas who are doing political science to buttress each side of the argument. Stip away all that and you have the rapid trend and the jitter. the jitter is bigger than the year to year variance, but the trend is clear...we are warming up. Bill
