If my memory is correct, strategic partners of Hartcourt and Sinobull include: Reuters, Microsoft, Legend, China Telecom, Nokia, Yahoo!, Hewlett-Packard, China Cable Network, People's Daily etc. These giants have done their DD before signing up with Hartcourt. If Hartcourt is good enough for them, who are we to say otherwise?
